A deposit of half of the total rent, optional Vacation Protection Insurance and reservation fee are required within 10 days of making your reservation. A nonrefundable reservation fee is charged on all reservations. This fee is to cover tenant services & administrative costs. If your deposit is not received by the due date, your reservation will be cancelled without notification. Interest earned on funds deposited with Seaside Rentals is payable to Seaside Rentals. No other arrangements, property substitutions, rate adjustments or refunds will be issued once your reservation has been confirmed or upon arrival.

We will accept credit company balance transfer/convenience checks, certified funds, cashiers checks/money orders, traveler's checks personal checks or cash. If you prefer the convenience of paying by major credit card on-line, a non-refundable convenience fee will be charged by Vacation Rent Payment, a third party processing center, to process Visa/Master Cards payments. Please Note: Individual Credit Card Companies may charge lower interest rates on deposits made by Balance Transfer or Credit Card Company Convenience Checks verses paying directly by card. You may wish to check with your individual Credit Card Company prior to processing your payment. If online credit card payment is preferred, the name on the credit card must be the same as the name on the Vacation Rental Agreement. Additional Restrictions Apply. Seaside Rentals is not liable for any claims, disputes, policies, refunds, restrictions etc. Vacation Rent Payment is the sole provider of credit card payment processing all questions; claims, etc. are handled directly by Vacation Rent Payment. Absolutely no personal checks will be accepted less than 30 days in advance of your arrival, on last minute reservations or at time of check-in. Reservations made less than 45 days prior to arrival, payment in full will be required. International Reservations must be paid in U.S. Funds by Certified Funds only payable by a U.S. Bank. All payments must be made payable to Seaside Rentals, 12 South Ocean Boulevard, Surfside Beach, SC 29575. Cancellation of reservations not holding insurance will not receive refunds of any kind.

Balance including remaining rent, sales/accommodations tax on total rent, reservation fee & any additional charges for requested rentals/services will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
