Brand new construction due to be finished and ready for rental by June 13, 2009.

Yes, Bob has a lot to smile about with the beautiful new gulf front home located on some of the most gorgeous beaches you will find anywhere. Complete with a pool shared by only 2 other homes.

Bob's has a private Gulf Front King Master Bedroom, 2 Gulf Front Queen bedrooms and a bunk room that sleeps 5 with a full/twin bunk & a twin/ twin bunk.   The living room and dining room are also Gulf Front with great gulf views and you can even see the Gulf of Mexico and beach while in the kitchen.

Smilin Bob's will comfortably sleep 11 in beds and for those special little beach visitors,  a pack and play crib and high chair can also be provided.


At Smilin Bob's, you can enjoy your coffee in the morning and cool drink of choice in the evening on the decks while watching family play on the beach, listening to the waves and watching the Dolphins cruise past; - in less than 40 steps out the entrance door you can also be on the beach yourself enjoying all it has to offer. 

Smilin Bob's will be professionally decorated and furnished and having been renting vacationers ourselves long before becoming beach rental home owners and property managers, we strive to ensure the kitchen, as well as the rest of the home is very well stocked so that you do not need to load a moving truck for your trip to the beach.  We understand that vacations are supposed to be for STRESS Relief, - and not full of unpleasant surprises.

Located approx 2 miles from the entrance to St Josephs State Park, there is a very wide and beautiful white sand beach just a few steps from your door.

Rentals available right on Cape San Blas. Golf is within 20 minutes, Choose from a multitude of great dining locations within a 10 to 30 minute drive. Numerous Charter Fishing operators from 10 to 30 minutes.

St Joseph State Park - 2 miles
Port St Joe - 13 miles
Historic Apalachicola - 30 minutes
Mexico Beach - 30 minutes
Panama City - 60 minutes

2009 Rates
Summer  --  $3300 to $3450 for prime weeks
Fall   --   $1400 to $2800 a week depending on peak fall periods
Winter -- $1200 to $2800  (Winter Holiday weeks prices vary, please call or email)
