This beautiful 5 bedroom 3 full bathroom home with south facing pool is located in the gated conservation community of Reserve at Town center in Davenport, Florida. The pool is not overlooked as there is a lake to the rear of the property.

The location of the villa is wonderfully located no more than 7 minutes  from the Disney exits off the Interstate 4. It is very close to Champions Gate (I-4 exit 58) with its golf courses, Publix Supermarket, shopping precinct and restaurants. 

The layout of the villa is ideal for two families vacationing or extended families. There are 2 master suites and three further twin rooms located at the opposite end of the villa from the master suites. The master suites bathroom features a shower and full size bath, sink, toilet and an access door directly onto the pool/lanai area. The three twin rooms are ideal for children with one of the rooms decorated in a Disney theme. A third bathroom in the house conveniently serves thr three twin rooms. One of the childerens twin rooms features a TV with playstation 2 console.

The south facing pool backs onto a large lake with surrounding conservation area. The lanai and patio is furnished with sun loungers and chairs and the pool deck is screened keeping wildlife and insects out. A removable pool fence is provided for the security of young children. In addition there is a rollaway pool cover provided to trap the heat in the pool on cooler nights. Optional pool heating in the cooler months is charged at an additional  rate (if required).

Moving back inside the villa the kitchen and living area is of an open plan design which lends itself to a spacious and airy room for all to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equiped with plates, pots and pans refrigerator,dishwasher, stove, toaster microwave and much more. There is a dining area and breakfast bar.

The living area has a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa. The three seater sofa is a sofabed if additional guests require accomodating. One of the main features in the living room is a 42" plasma TV with DVD player. for all to enjoy. There is a table tennis table darts and air hockey. Also here is located the washing machine and dryer.

Towels and linens are provided by our management company who do a full clean between each occupancy. They also ensure the pool is regualrly serviced and kept in "tip top" condition.

lastly there is high speed broadband internet access available along with free unlimited local and long distance landline calls within the US and Canada.

The villa is very conveniently located 1 mile east of junction 58 of the Interstate 4 and no more than 7 minutes drive from the Disney world theme parks. Also nearby is Hwy 192 with all its associated bars shops and restaurants. Universal Studios, Sea world, Wet-n- Wild and Busch Gardens are but a short drive away.

Nearby is Champions Gate (2 mins drive) with its associated golf courses, Publix supermarket, shopping and restaurants. Other golf courses nearby include Orange lake county golf, Marriot Orlando World Golf Club and walt Disney World Golf.  

Going east (and less than 50 mins drive) is Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. 60 mins drive to the west brings you to Tampa and the Gulf coast.  

Fantastic Flat Rate of $650 per week all year round.

If less than 1 week rental then Day rent is $100 per day.
