This was our first experience of apartment renting in NYC and we were not disappointed. Our host Ray was a wonderful and gracious soul who met us on our arrival and was very helpful in settling us in. We had at the last minute added our daughter to the trip and although this was a small and cosy 1 bed studio, Ray sorted out a temporary inflatable bed for our daughter without any problems. The apartment was perfect, clean and exactly as described.

We would certainly stay here again as the apartment is really in the middle of things with a great bar and a brilliant deli right next door, the No. 1 line subway only 50 yards away and with a friendly and helpful 24 hour concierge staff.

Mi Sra. y yo acabamos de regresar de pasar 8 inolvidables días en Nueva York. El departamento que le alquilamos a Ray hizo que nuestra estadía fuera aun mejor. Tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estadía en la Gran Manzana. Es mas amplio que una habitación de Hotel, por lo menos lo que nosotros podíamos pagar y mas económico.
Esta excelentemente ubicado en Chelsea. A Meatpacking con sus restaurantes de moda y Unión Square, con sus negocios y su feria, se llega caminando. A pocos metros de la puerta del departamento hay una estación de Metro, a tres paradas en un sentido esta Times Square y en el otro sentido Soho. En los alrededores también hay una serie de restaurantes muy lindos, no se pierdan el Chelsea Market en la 9a y 18 y el Eataly en la 23 y 5a.
Al llegar Ray nos dio muy buenos datos, así que , si no quiere gastar muchas plata en una habitación minúscula, por lo cual los hoteles de NY son famosos, este Studio es una muy buena opción.

Recommended for: age 55+, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
