Emerald Island Resort in Kissimmee

Our beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse is situated in the stunningly
manicured surrondings of Emerald Island Resort, a gated community, and is a genuine 8
minute drive to Disneyworld`s Maingate-any closer and you`d need a
park pass! It has a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen,utility
room with washer and dryer, bathroom,dining area and lounge with
cable TV, DVD, and wireless internet. One of the sofas is a double sofa-bed enabling the
vila to sleep up to 8 people. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. One double
bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and a balcony. The second bedroom is a double and the
third bedroom has twin beds. There is also a family bathroom. There is also a beautiful pool,
jacuzzi, fitness center, and arcade room all at your disposal.

From the townhouse, it is a 2 minute walk to the clubhouse which has
a heated pool, poolside bar, spa pool, gym, sauna, IT suite and full
service front desk. For the children there is a playground, video
games room and beach volleyball. These facilities are free for the use
of all our guests.
After a day in the parks you can enjoy a relaxing stroll along the
nature walks in the tranquil woodland conservation area.

The nearby Formosa Gardens Shopping Center(1 mile) has a huge
supermarket with ATM cash dispensers, pharmacy, tourist
information,salon and resturants including Chinese,Japanese,
Italian,Red Lobster,TGI Friday`s,Outback Steakhouse as well as Taco
Bell and McDonalds.
There are a huge number of excellent golf courses nearby as well as
minigolf for the kids.

Low season $475 per week ($70 per night)
High season (July and August) $600 per week.  Peak season (Christmas and Easter) $650 per week.
