A spacious three bedroom ( two kings, 1 room with 2 twin beds) 2 baths single level condominium that offers beach access in walking distance, a patio view and all the comforts of home. Fully equipped kitchen and completly furnished condo with cable television (DVD and VHS VCR), linens,towels,beach towels and utensils provided. Washer/dryer, microwave,dishwasher,air conditioning, 50" and 46" plasma TV's,private balcony,swimming pool with jacuzzi,BBQ pits,elevator,workout room,social room,gated reserved garage for one car and parking for visitors.

A 50% deposit is required with reservation plus $500 damage deposit (if no damage or loss to condo, the $500 will be returned within 14 working days after you vacate).
