52. The closest Pierce Transit (serving Tacoma) bus stop from our house is less than 8 blocks away and the buses that stop there are the Pierce transit express 601, 603, 603a express and 620 to Tacoma. These all go to the SR512 Tacoma Park-and-Ride making transfers to Seattle very easy.

20th and Capital and the cashier is more entertaining than some of the

Description of our renter verification process:

56. You give us two telephone numbers so we can contact two people
(and we consider family people though it is sometimes open to debate due
to a preponderance of evidence) who can at least say you’re a nice
person… and then: You come, you like it, you pay for it, its yours.

Reason #58. You will have the joy and comfort of living a 100% drug-free
home. No drugs allowed in the house or on the property, no exceptions and this
house (or the backyard of the house) is not 420 friendly.
If this sounds good to you, we'd love to have you here. Your stay may be
temporary (its up to you), but we're happy to open our home to you.

Reason #59. We greatly encourage you to place photos of you and your family around the house.  This is more than your house when you live here, this is your home.  feel free to leave some behind on our photo table full of photos of friends and letters from wonderful folks who have loved our home.

we require you to do is clean behind yourself that is why we don't charge a cleaning fee like most other places. That’s it. We have
several housekeepers.

Our rates range from at $30-$155 per night depending upon three things:

1. Number of people or pets in your group
2. Number of nights you desire (the longer you stay, the less expensive your room is)
3.  Holidays and weekends
4.  Number of rooms you will need
5. The details of the Special Deals that we currently have running.  Sometimes we have special deals runnning that are not advertised on this website.

Staying one night is generally $155 per person, but the combined cost for two people staying seven days could cost as little as $300.  The combined cost for two people staying one month could cost as little as $650.00.  It often simply depends if we have a special deal running, which we often do.

The best thing for you to do is send an email with your situation or telephone us.

The fee structure may seem complicated but it involves a lot of elements and cleaning fees that are included.

A $200 deposit must be made in order to confirm your reservation.

Frequently asked Question: Do you charge cleaning fees? No. The only chore that we require you to do is clean behind yourself that is why we don't charge a cleaning fee like most other places.

Cancellation Policy:  One nights deposit plus tax is non-refundable but can be used up to 6 months from cancellation. 14 days notice for full cancellation (less deposit) - unless fully rented for the same days as reserved.

We accept credit cards through Paypal, cash, wired funds, bank money orders and personal checks.  We accept checks from Washington state banks only if there is less than 30 days (but more than two weeks) before your check in date but we accept out of state checks it there is more than 30 days before your check in date.  All utilities and amenities are included, as well as Wi-Fi & DSL.  Laundry facilities on premises.

 We are happy to offer easy access to the Puyallup Fair (officially known as the Western Washington Fair), which is the largest single attraction held in the state of Washington.  The fair continuously ranks in the top ten largest fais in the world and takes place 17 days in September and four days in April.  The fair sits on 169+ acres and worth more than 54 million dollars.  Over 1,900 employes are hired each year by the fair.  It is an event everyone will enjoy.

We also have the Annual Olympia Procession of the Species that is in its 15th year that will be celebrated on April of every year.  Last year's was an entrancing kaleidoscope of brilliant colors, delighted by 27,000 smiles beaming together.  And in October there is also an Amazing Artswalk that has also been celebrated for over 15 years and draws people from around the country.
