 Welcome! This is the perfect spot for your family vacation...in
Tybee's one real neighborhood, Captain's View! You're very
convenient to everything but tucked away thankfully from traffic and
the noisy crowds! :)
You'll think your beach area is private and just for you!:) Our
lovely beach (only about 200 feet to beachwalk) has a South Pacific
feel and is never visited by most due to no public parking in the
area.
Wait until the children see (hopefully and usually:) the birds and
turtles in the gorgeous lagoon you walk across on the beachwalk!
You'll love the three decks with lovely views, the nautical
decorating, the very well equipped kitchen, and the oh, so
comfortable living and dining areas! Your 3 bedrooms, two baths plus
a queen sleeper make very comfortable sleeping for up to 8. There is
a gas grill for your use; it's illegal to grill at condos here but
you can at the house. Wait until you see all that is supplied for
your comfort! :) Ride bikes without traffic fear and enjoy the
island environment throughout the neighborhood!

Air conditioning, off street parking, queen and double beds and
sleeper, cable t.v, DVD, stereo system, VCD, Music library, CD
player, full kitchen, cooking utensils, refrigerator, microwave,
dishwasher, 3 levels of decks, ocean view, phone for umlimited free
calls around Tybee and Savannah. Lovely linens and towels and beach
towels and beach chairs! LOCAL CARING OWNER! (Former grand marshall of Savannah's 2nd largest in the world St. Patrick's Day parade and celebration!)

On or near Tybee...Golf, surfing, lighthouses, tennis, swimming, parasailing, pier and deep sea fishing, museums, forts, bike riding, hiking, wildlife viewing, bird watching, historic tours, great restaurants, night life.

Rates include  lots of extras you generally have to bring or buy! (beach towels, paper products, personal soap, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, emergency supplies, laundry soap, etc.) :)

3/15-9/30.....$200 per night, $1275 per week. 3 night minimum! WEEKS ONLY IN JUNE AND JULY PLEASE.

10/1-3/14....$150  per night, $875 per week. $1350 per month Jan. and Feb. only.  3 night minimum.

$120  cleaning and laundry fee added to all stays. Add 13% state and local taxes. (taxes not charged on cleaning fee of course!)
