Well, let me start off by saying that the pictures do NOT do this place justice! It was by far the nicest place I've ever stayed! My husband and I (ages 26 and 30)were there along with my mom and step-dad(53 and 60) and two sisters (13 and 26). The condo is so very spacious and CLEAN! The view from the 12th floor is nothing short of amazing and it truly feels like a home away from home! My parents stayed in the master, so they had their own balcony entrance and grand bathroom, however, my husband and I were very happy with one of the front bedrooms that also had it's own full bath. The other front room is where my two sisters stayed and the only thing they didn't like about it was the fact that their window only had a view of the public hallway outside (nothing you can do about that!). There was a bathroom connected to their room too, but it also had an entrance from the hallway. The kitchen had everything we needed for the several meals we prepared while there. The air conditioner stopped working for a little while, but the owners sent in someone to look at it (turns out it was a problem with the building's unit, not necessarily this condo alone) and it was taken care of in a very timely manner. The owner even brought us doughnuts for breakfast for the inconvenience, very sweet man! I was worried that since the pictures were taken in 2008 that this place would already be outdated, but the comforters and blankets were newer, the sheets were fantastic and let me reiterate the fact that it was SO CLEAN! I plan on going back to this exact unit at a later date. Very impressed!

As far as the building (not this condo): During our stay it was SOOOO hot, and the pool was not very refreshing. We would actually get in the hot tub for a few minutes, just so it would feel cool when we got into the pool. Never had to wait for an elevator, and parking wasn't a problem at all! The umbrellas on the beach that some people pay for are a little annoying in the fact that they take up all the space in front of the building, but we would just throw down our beach bags and jump in! The ocean water was PERFECT! So clear and refreshing!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway
