Lovely, peaceful Florida house overlooking three fairways in private 
country club community.  Two bedrooms plus den. Master bedroom with 
King bed, second bedroom with twin beds, den with pull out 
sofa/double bed. Two full bathrooms.  Screened patio with heated 
pool.  Floor to ceiling double pocket doors open to patio/swimming 
pool from bedrooms, kitchen and living room . 

Sun and breezes all day long. Watch beautiful sunsets over the golf 
course in the evenings.
 
No smoking please.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Screened patio with heated pool, two car garage, well stocked kitchen 
with dishwasher etc.  Central Air conitioning and heat. Washer $ 
dryer. Fully furnished, including linens.  Local telephone, cable and 
wireless internet access. Long term, well known house cleaner 
available at renters request and expense. Solar heated swimming pool.

Activities and Attractions

This home is located in a private country club community on the golf 
course.  You cannot play on this golf course but there are at least 
five public courses within 10 miles.  The beach is less than 4 miles 
away offering a beautiful, well maintained public park with 
lifeguards and barbeque areas.  Tequesta center is less than 1.5 
miles with shopping areas and great restaurants. Safe and secure 
neighborhood - day or night.

Summer 2008: $2000/month

Lease and $1500 security deposit. House must be cleaned at renters 
expense after move out.
