Gary's Gift is an adorable one-level "Old Florida Style" home on 42nd Street in Mexico Beach.  Just 175 steps from the public beach, two blocks from the canal, and five blocks from the public pier, this great bargain rental is perfect for a summer vacation on a budget.

Lots of seating in a living room and sitting area.  Kitchen has new appliances and a flat-screen tv.  Dishwasher, microwave and fully stocked with dishes and glassware for your vacation.  Living room has a TV and DVD player.

Master bedroom features a queen bed and private bath with shower.  The second bedroom is also a queen and the third bedroom has twin beds.  They use the main bathroom, which has a tub/shower combination.

Patio furniture in the backyard with a gas grill for your convenience.  Additional porch furniture in the carport. 

Utility room has a full-sized washer and dryer and an additional refrigerator.

2 TVs, DVD player, Gas Grill, linens and towels provided, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice and water in the door.  Easy care terrazzo floors with area rugs.
