Vacation Rental Description

The luxuriously furnished villa has 6 bedrooms (3 en-suite 
master bedroom), 4.5 bathrooms and an over-sized private screened 
heated pool. There is a sofa bed situated in 
the family room that sleeps an additional 2 persons if required. It 
will comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. It will be fully air 
conditioned throughout and will have everything you need to provide 
the freedom and versatility you want on your holiday.

Cable TV, DVD, VCR, Game Cube. Pool table. 
High speed internet, fully-equipped kitchen. 

Our private pool has been extended to give you extra 
enjoyment. 

It is fully screened to keep the bugs out but allows the sunshine in. 
The stunning extended deck is one of the largest offered by any house-
builder in the region. Patio furniture is provided. The pool 
also comes fitted with a child safety fence. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

4 BEDROOMS:
There are cable TVs in all bedrooms and the family room.

2 king, 2 queen, 4 twin beds.

4.5 BATHROOMS:
Hairdryers will be supplied in all bathrooms. All bed linen and 
towels are provided. But we would ask our guests to bring their own 
beach towels.

Apr,May,Sep:          700=900 per week
Feb,Mar,Oct:          800-1000 per week
Jun,Jul,Aug:          900-1400 per week
Holiday:              1000-2000 per week

The above prices includes:

Free Highchair, crib and stroller if requested.

Pool heater are available at extra cost.

Rentals of less than 7 days may be subject to a cleaning charge of 
$100.
