From your 700+ square foot one bedroom suite you can walk to many restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores, art galleries, antique shops, the Opera house, multiple theatres, whole foods market, Selby gardens, City Island Park…  You are only 5 minutes from world class shopping at St Armand’s Circle and the beautiful Sunsets of Lido Beach…  You will be only 10 minutes from top rated Siesta Key Beach or The Ringling Museum considered Florida’s finest Art Museum.

In Addition to this lovely apartment, we are also the proud owners of MoZaic Restaurant, which is located right next door.  MoZaic and our skilled staff will provide you with the ultimate in room service.  You may order from our complete dinner menu and your selections will arrive on our fine china with white table cloth service.  You may view our menus and wine list on our web site.

Applicable taxes: 7% sales tax + 4% Florida lodging Tax. 

Taxes apply to all stays of less than a 6 month duration.

*Special - Prepay in full when you book and save an additional 5%

This deposit will also be your damage security deposit and will be refunded after the rental is inspected for damage. 

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations with notices of greater than 31 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $195 fee. This will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining deposit, if any, will be refunded.  Cancellations with notices of 8 to 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation penalty equal to *50% of the rental amount. LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS a week before arrival or NO-SHOWS will be *charged in full. No refunds for early departures*In the event we are able to rebook your reservation in whole or part, we will then issue a proportionate refund to you.

We do not charge any exit cleaning fees or application fees!
