Vacation Rental Description

You will love this condo. Located within a private setting, it is 
nestled among magnolia and oak trees. Yet, it is a short walk to the 
beach, shops, and restaurants.

The unit is located on the second floor of a three-story building. 
There is ample parking. The unit is comfortably furnished with carpet 
in the living room and bedrooms. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds 
and new sleeper sofa in living room.

The spacious screened deck can be accessed by sliding doors from the 
living room and master bedroom.The view is tropical and relaxing 
while private.

Vacation Rental Amenities

There is cable TV and DVD/CD player in the living room. The unit is 
air conditioned. The kitchen is fully furnished, including microwave, 
dishwasher,refrigerator, dishes and cooking utensils, silverware, 
coffeemaker, iron/board, washer/dryer. There is a dry bar in the 
living room. AM/FM clock radio in master bedroom. There is a tennis 
court and pool. Linens and towels furnished. 

Activities and Attractions

Swimmimg pool and Tennis court on the property. Short walk to the 
beach, shops, and restaurants. Short drive to the historic area of 
Fernandina, miniature golf, fishing, horseback riding, Fort Clinch 
State Park, Lighthouse, antique and art galleries,golf, and much more.

Vacation Rental Rates

spring: March,April & May. $650 wk $2000 month
summer: June,July,August; $750 wk $2500 month

Special event rates may apply.
Winter Rates: Jan-Feb special $1,000 per month, includes cable,utilities, and taxes
Reservation requires a $200 deposit
Rates plus  9% tax and $75 cleaning fee. Must be paid in full 2 weeks 
prior to arrival date.

No pets or inside smoking please!
check-in at 2:00pm on date of arrival and check-out at 10:00am on 
date of departure.
