The solitude of the locale keeps the house quiet both day and night, yet allows you easy access to a variety of sun drenched activities. Surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway, and Ponce Inlet, all surveyed by the magnificent Ponce de Leon Lighthouse, you'll surely fall in love with the tranquillity of Island Living! 

Five miles of wide white sand beach, great for surf fishing, surfing, cycling, kayaking, jogging, walking, or just hanging out, lie just a few "traffic-free" steps from the house. As a tropical breeze caresses this end of the Island year-round, there isn't a bad time to visit. Even in the months of July and August, a sea breeze provides for a pleasant day at the beach.

Some of the best surf in the area, as well as deep sea fishing by party boat or captained charter, is a five minute walk from the front door. If you love to walk, hit the beach and elevated walkways through nearby Lighthouse Point State Preserve. The low traffic volume makes the area streets great for bicycling or roller-blading.

The house is very well appointed, tastefully decorated, and has two bedrooms, a large private den (with sofa/pull-out bed) and two full baths.  The Master bedroom has its own private bath, while the other bath is accessible just off of  the second bedroom. Mostly ceramic tile floors make for easy care. Nice sun porch for reading the morning paper.  If you want to eat in, you'll appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen.  Beds include one king-size (Master Bedroom), one queen, and a sofa hide-a-bed in the 11 x 13 den.  This home works great for two couples, one couple with visting guests, or a small family.  The maximum adult occupancy is six persons. 

If you do not feel like sand and surf, take a break in the private, screened and heated pool. The kitchen is conveniently located off the pool. Two televisions, expanded cable with DVD, and two bicycles are present for guest use. All lawn and pool care is owner provided.
