This condo was completely refurnished and painted in January 2009. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bath and a nice livingroom with access to the porch. It is a ground floor unit. It is located next to the pool.

Queen size bed in master bedroom, 2 twins in guest bedroom. Queen sofa bed in livingroom. Washer and Dryer in unit. Kitchen fully equiped with dishwasher. TV with over 150 Channels, DVD player and high speed internet. Linens, beach towels, chairs included.

The property has 2 pools ,jacuzzi, car wash area, 2 tennis courts.

Golfing, fishing, biking, kayak rentals, beach only minutes away, Pinellas Trail for walking or biking.

Great choice of restaurants only a few miles away. Museums, shopping and much more.

Rates depends on the seasons:

Jan-April: $750 a week / $1650 a month

May-Jun: $750 a week / $1300 a month

Jul-Aug: $700 a week / 1500 a month

Sep-Dec $700 a week / $1500 a month

Discount if you stay more than a week or a month. Price includes utilities, cleaning at end of stay. A security deposit is required to hold the dates.
