The property has 2 pools ,jacuzzi, car wash area, 2 tennis courts.

Golfing, fishing, biking, kayak rentals, beach only minutes away, Pinellas Trail for walking or biking.

Rates depends on the seasons:

Jan-April: $650 a week / $1500 a month

May-Jun: $550 a week / $1100 a month

Jul-Aug: $550 a week / 1100 a month

Sep-Dec $575 a week / $1100 a month

Discount if you stay more than a week or a month. Price includes utilities, cleaning at end of stay. A security deposit is required to hold the dates.
