Vacation Rental Description

This is a truly beautiful vacation! Whether you like to spend your 
time quietly sitting on your private deck watching the lake, warm up 
inside by the fireplace, play indoor games or take a walk to the 
community pool, beach and tennis court - You’ll have it all if you 
choose to stay in this house! And if you are skiing – you have Big 
Boulder and Jack Frost just 15 min away!
 The house is situated on a park-like 0, 78 acre mini-estate. You’ll 
have your own 200 feet (or just about) of a lakeshore and the 
sunsets and sunrises are so beautiful – you wouldn’t want to miss a 
single one of them. And you will definitely come back again just for 
that.

Main house is an oversized 3 bedroom chalet with very large living 
room with glass wall and sliding doors to the deck overlooking the 
lake. Kitchen is of enormous size with large dining table that will 
sit truly big family. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor. 
Bedroom 1 has queen size bed and half-bath. Bedroom 2 has full size 
bed and bunk twin bed. There is also a full bath on the main floor.
Upstairs there is a huge loft with 2 king size beds. 
Sleeping areas are separated by gorgeous and wide mother pearl 
screen for privacy. There is a full bath with jacuzzi tub upstairs.
House sleeps 10 people. Will accommodate families with little 
children – everything is set up to be child-proof, lots of toys, and 
two cribs.


There is a separate free-standing guest house with living quaters 
over garage on this same 
property. It consists of LR, kitchen, two bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath. 
Sleeps 7. 
These properties can be rented separately or altogether.  Each is 
absolutely private and provides enough parking spaces for all guests.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Whethere you are planning to come for a family reunion, or it's your 
honey moon, or 
just simple weekend family getaway - there will be something to do 
for everyone at any age!
There are three color TV’s in the main house, 3 VCR’s and 2 DVD 
players. 
Cable offers over 200 channels. Enjoy sitting by the fire place and 
watch a video of a choice from our own collection or surf TV 
channels.

There is also large air-hockey table in the main house and a mini 
game table in the guest house that 
offers 7 different games including foosball, pool, hockey, ping-
pong, shuffling board and bowling. 

There is a TV with basic cable and VCR in the apartment. Most of the 
apartment windows will give you an unforgettable view of the lake. 
There is also a large screened porch downstairs overlooking the lake.

Each house has a charcoal BBQ unit.

There is a gazebo right by the lake with a bench-swing – you’ll love 
spending late summer afternoon there watching sunsets!
There is also a peddle boat and a row boat that you welcome to use!
GREAT FISHING DOCK!

Activities and Attractions

Arrowhead Lakes community has several beaches, two pools and two 
tennis courts on it's territory. This house is conveniently located 
just minutes away from any of these. Takes about 7 minutes walking 
to get to the beach and about the same to get to the pool and tennis 
court. 
There is a club house that offers different events all year round.

For those who ski: Big Boulder and Jack Frost are about 15 min. away 
(driving distance).
