This is a truly beautiful vacation! Whether you like to spend your
time quietly sitting on your private deck watching the lake, warm up
inside by the fireplace, play indoor games or take a walk to the
community pool, beach and tennis court - You�ll have it all if you
choose to stay in this house! And if you are skiing � you have Big
Boulder and Jack Frost just 15 min away!
The house is situated on a park-like almost acre mini-estate with
many trees You�ll have your own 200 feet of a lakeshore and the
sunsets and sunrises are so beautiful � you wouldn�t want to miss a
single one of them. And you will definitely come back again just for
that.

Main house is an oversized 3 bedroom chalet with very large living
room with glass wall and sliding doors to the deck overlooking the
lake. Kitchen is of enormous size with large dining table that will
sit truly big family. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor.
Bedroom 1 has queen size bed and half-bath. Bedroom 2 has full size
bed and bunk twin beds. There is also a full bath on the main floor.
Upstairs there is a huge loft with 2 king size beds.
Sleeping areas are separated by gorgeous and wide mother pearl
screen for privacy. There is a full bath with jacuzzi tub upstairs.
House sleeps 10 people (plus sleeping sofa for 2 in living room).
Will accommodate families with little children.

There is a separate free-standing guest house with living quaters
over garage on the same property.
It consists of LR, kitchen, two bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath.
Sleeps 7.
These properties can be rented separately or altogether. Each is
absolutely private and provides enough parking spaces for all guests.

game table in the guest house.
We have wi-fi internet service in the house
There is a TV with basic cable and VCR in the apartment. Most of the
apartment windows will give you an unforgettable view of the lake.
There is also a large screened porch downstairs overlooking the lake.

Each house has a charcoal BBQ unit and one gas grill

There is a gazebo right by the lake with a bench-swing  you will love
spending late summer afternoon there watching sunsets!
There is also a 2peddle boat and a2 row boats that you welcome to use!
GREAT FISHING DOCK!

Arrowhead Lakes community has several beaches, two pools and two
tennis courts on it's territory. This house is conveniently located
just minutes away from any of these. Takes about 7 minutes walking
to get to the beach and about the same to get to the pool and tennis
court.
There is a club house that offers different events all year round.

For those who ski: Big Boulder and Jack Frost are about 10 min. away
(driving distance).

Additional fees:
Cleaning fee $100 (1 house) $150(both houses)
Security deposit $300 for one hous(fully refundable if the house is left in good
conditions).
$25 per car payable directly to Arrowhead Lake Association(for the
duration of the stay)
Summer: Beach/Pool passes $8 per day,or $30.00 per week (per
person),children under 7 are Free.
