Walk accross the street to the beach while enjoying your stay at this newly renovated condo on the extreme north end. Located just steps from Freeman's Park, which is an uninhabited, undeveloped beach, where, if you have 4 wheel drive, you can drive on and picnic for the day or camp-out. The condo is on the first floor which you will appreciate when you're packing in or out with your supplies It has a full size garage and 2 additional assigned parking spaces. It has been renovated in a subdued tropical theme with 2 decks. The front deck has a clear view of the ocean and the rear deck off the master bedroom overlooks the pool, the marsh, beautiful sunsets and in the distance the Intercoastal Waterway.

There is NO smoking allowed in the condo. If you smoke you WILL lose your deposit.

$140.00/night summer rate. Rates are based on a (3) three night minimum stay.

Weekly Rates:

May 16 - Sept 30: $750.00

Off Season: $80-100.00/night

Off Season Monthly: $800.00

Off Season Weekly: $600.00

Weekly rates are based on "Saturday in Saturday out" reservations.

However,  all inquiries are welcome. Call or e-mail me for if you need different accomodations or more information.  

All rates are subject to a $55.00 cleaning charge. 

A security deposit of $100.00 will be required to hold the condo for you and will be promptly returned to you, minus the cleaning charge, any missing parking passes, or any amount needed to cover the repair of any damages that may have occurred during your stay
