Property Description
Complex is located on the beach side.  No walking across the street. 
Newly renovated and well furnished multi-level condominium. This 
unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath which sleeps 6 people. The main 
living area has vaulted ceilings and a queen size pull out sleeper 
sofa.  
Enjoy cable TV with DVD player and surround sound.
The dining area seats four at the table and two additional seats at 
the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully loaded with dishwasher, 
dishes, cookware, and appliances.  This includes microwave, coffee 
pot, blender et cetera.  There is also a large patio with table and 
chairs for outdoor dining.
Washer and dryer unit on first floor.
Just off the living area the first floor bedroom has a queen sized 
bed, television and a connecting bath and shower.  
The master suite is located upstairs for privacy.  It is furnished 
with a queen size bed, TV,large walk-in closet, dressing area, 
and master bath with a separate shower and bathtub. All linens are 
included. With A spacious 1200 Square feet of living space it offers 
all the comforts of home. The rent includes cable, and 
all utilities.  
No smoking and no pets please.

Vacation Rental Rates

Property Rates 
$1000/week $2750/month May - November
$1100/week $3000/month December - April
$1250 per week during holiday weeks
Cancellation Policy:  Deposit of 50%. Upon arrival the remaining
balance plus a $250.00 security deposit.  Security deposit will be
refunded after inspection and cleaning of unit. Up to 60 days before
arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a 25% cancellation
fee.Within 60 days of arrival, no refund will be made on the deposit.  
No refunds will be made on rent if the renter leaves early, except 
in the case of an official hurricane evacuation order.
