Ocean Five in Miami Beach

My boyfriend and I go to South Beach every summer and were ecstatic to come across this rental property last year. We recognized the building and knew exactly where it was located so we snatched it up right away. If you know anything about South Beach you know that you want to stay on Ocean Drive. That - and that you want to be right by everything, but not always right in the middle of it. This property is on 5th and Ocean, so you are right at the border of SoFi (South of 5th), which is the quieter end, and the craziness that Ocean Drive has to offer (directly on the other side of 5th!). Whether you want to relax or party; enjoy the beach, go shopping or eat a great meal with a view of the ocean; have a romantic getaway or a fun-filled weekend with friends, this is the place to do it.

You get what you pay for and this rental is worth every penny. It's spacious, has high-end furnishings, direct views of the ocean and two oversized balconies, both of which are accessible from one of the bedrooms and the living room - and that's the other must-have for South Beach - a balcony. You won't find many of those on Ocean Drive, as most of the buildings are old and don't have them.

We'll definitely be going back here once a year - and Jorge is a pleasure to deal with! Only thing I would change is the pet policy, but the entire building is not pet-friendly, so there isn't much Jorge can do to accommodate.
