Stone Harbor NJ is simply one of the best "small town" shore points for reasonable summer rental prices.  

Some things haven't changed since those wonderful 1960's at Stone Harbor: The timeless "Hoy's 5 &10"; classic movie theatre on 96th Street; Springers family ice cream; excellent surrounding public golf courses on the mainland; fun water sports, sailing, biking, running, fishing....and simply some of the best morning and early evening walks/run along the Jersey shoreline.

Every Sunday there is a farmers market located by the water tower on 95th and 2nd Avenue.

Seafood (Henny's/Back Bay) and pizza (Mack's and Peace a Pizza) take out is within walking distance. 

We have frequented Stone Harbor since 1963 and it has certainly retained the family charm and low key sophistication.     

There is a nearby for chilldrens zoo  and Ocean City/Wildwood is a few miles away for boardwalk oriented entertainment.

Our place is designed to accomodate no more than FOUR summer renters to assure maximum comfort. However, we have a sofa bed for that extra overight visitor.

We share a large backyard wiith our upstairs owners who DO NOT RENT.

The backyard yard is covered with a shore stone gravel base.

Our historically family oriented neighborhood is a mix of rental and non-rental homes.  Very quiet, especially during peak shore weekends.
