Southern Comfort is an incredible brand-new luxury home in San Dunes on the north end of Cape San Blas.  All the extras -- elevator, community pool, internet, views and more!  Only offered to guests for weeks from 5/2/09 to 9/12/09, this exclusive home is already almost booked!  Built on the first-their lot, the owners also own and the vacant gulf-front lot in front of the house.  As a result, you have magnificent views of the gulf, beach and sunsets from all gulf-facing rooms.  The front side of the home has lovely views of the gulf and the community pool.

Southern Comfort has a maximum occupany of 6 guests (sorry, but that is not negotiable).   Also, Southern Comfort is not a pet-friendly unit.

Community beach boardwalk at the corner of this lot and just 125 steps from your back door to the sandy beach!  100 short steps from your front door to the community pool!

The ground floor features a queen bedroom with private bath.  An unexpected feature is a beverage station in this room for your convenience.  Fabulously decorated and roomy!  Also on this level is covered parking, a wooden deck and an enclosed shower.

Next floor up is your other two bedrooms.  The master bedroom faces the gulf with king bed and private deck and a fabulous hammock.  The second queen bedroom has a private deck with views of the community pool and the gulf.  Both decks have comfortable porch furniture as well.  Each bedroom features a private bath and the master has a claw-foot tub and separate shower!  Completing this level is a wonderfully roomy and well-equipped laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.  We supply starters of laundry soap and dryer sheets as well.

The top floor is your amazing main living level.  Gourmet kitching with every amenity!  Icemaker in the island, ample supply of dishes and glassware and cookware.  Granite countertops.  Just off the kitchen is the front-facing deck with views of the gulf and pool.  Your gas grill is conveniently located on this deck.  Also just off the kitchen is the main-level half-bath.  The "great room" feel of this level gives you lots of light, views and comfortable seating.  Overlooking the gulf is the living area and wonderful antique farm table for meals.  This area also has a flat-screen TV.  Off the living/dining area is your main-level deck with fabulous gulf, beach and sunset views.  Attractive and comfortable patio furniture also provided on this deck, as well as two rocking chairs.
