November 2012 update

Our beach house and the town of Bradley Beach survived Hurricane Sandy.  The beach house had only minor damage, a couple of missing shingles on the roof,and the town itself had probably the least amount of damage of ANY NJ shore town.  Thank goodness for the 25' high sand dunes that held back the sea for a prolonged period of time during this monumental hurricane..  I have been assured that the Award Winning Beaches of Bradley will once again be in shape for the upcoming 2013 Beach Season.

Our hearts and prayers go out to our fellow beach house owners who were not as fortunate as we are.

We are offering the upstairs unit (two bedrooms) for a winter (minimum 4 month) rental rate of $1200  per month.  It is fully furnished, just bring your clothes, everything else (all utilities) is included, even wifi.  This unit is ideal for someone who wants to get away and enjoy lots of peace and quiet that oceanfront  living can provide.

We provide the location, four beach badges, free WIFI and home (including bike, beach
chairs, lounges and boogie boards) ...you supply the amount of
fun!!!!
Walk to New York City trains and local restaurants. Convenient to
travel to NYC, Philly and Atlantic City. Equally distant to
Washington DC and Boston.

Always boardwalk activity! Swimming, Surf board lessons available, beach volleyball, biking,
rollerblading, beach combing, kite flying, children's play area,
miniature golf, Bingo Hall, salt water surf fishing, outdoor
concerts, 4 bocci ball courts , bowling, are only a short walk away. Just try to eat 
your way through the many fine resturants within walking distance!
Fishing Party Boats (5 Mins), Point Pleasant's Amusement Park &
rides, Monmouth Park and Freehold Raceway (horses), Freehold Raceway (cars) all
within a 20 min. drive. A 5 minute walk to site-seeing in historic
Ocean Grove, the capital of Victorian homes in America. Movie
theaters and live theater are also plentiful in the area.  10 min walk to Asbury Park activities (Stone Pony and Paramount Theatre)

October/April downstairs only (3 bedrooms) $1,200 per month

There is a one week minimum rental.
This house is ideal for a family reunion since the entire house can
be opened up for single family use via an interior door that
seperates the upstairs and downstairs. This will sleep 12 with two
full bathrooms and kitchens.
