Colony Reef Club #1404 (Oceanview unit) in St Augustine Beach

If you want nice... you are at the right place!  Our unit has been updated so that it will be comfortable and beautiful, too.   We want to enjoy it when we get the chance, too... so we take are of it for all of our enjoyment. 

Colony Reef Club is an oceanfront resort that is located on the wide, white sandy beaches between A1A and the ocean on Anastasia Island - just minutes from St. Augustine, the oldest city in America, 20 minutes from World Golf Hall of Fame, one hour from Jacksonville and Daytona Beach, one and a half hours from Orlando and Disney World.

 Our beautifully decorated unit has a ocean and pool view which you can enjoy from the large balcony, living room and master bedroom.  It is a fourth floor, three bedroom, two bath unit in an elevator access building.

Our unit has 4 new flatscreen TV's with cable/DVD's!  (01/2011)

The living room is furnished with a sofa, two recliners,a club chair/ottoman, cable TV with DVD.  The dining room seats eight people.

 The fully furnished granite kitchen has all appliances (including toaster, blender, griddle and crock pot), a full-size washer and dryer (new 05/2011), icemaker in refrigerator/freezer. 

The large balcony has two new chaise lounges (01/11), a table and four chairs and opens from the living room and master bedroom.  You can be entertained for hours watching the view of the huge pool below and beach/ocean and observing the delights of the beach.

 The master bedroom has a king bed, cable TV/DVD,  ceiling fan and a private bath.   The second bedroom has a queen bed and double bed, cable TV/DVD, ceiling fan with an adjacent bathroom (tub/shower).  The third small bedroom (crow's nest) has two built-in twin beds, ceiling fan with a cable TV/DVD (designed for children with limited floor space but adults could sleep there).  Each bedroom has plenty of closet space.

Our complex has two pools, one indoor heated in winter and one oceanfront with a jacuzzi and two tennis courts.  A short walk takes you to the private beach walkway which is secured.

The unit is not handicap accessible.  Boats, RV's, trailers, and jetskis are permitted on-site in our overflow parking area.  Bring your toys and come have fun!

All occupants must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by parents.

Complex is non-pet and unit is no smoking, please to keep our unit a fresh as possible.  Pet boarding is available nearby.

St. Augustine is a wonderful vacation desitination with more to do than you can imagine.  Fantastic restaurants (lots of great seafood and most anything else you like), the Alligator Farm, historic sites, many golf courses, World Golf Village, shopping (outlet malls), PGA Golf Hall of Fame,  deep sea fishing charter boats.  St. Augustine is the Nations Oldest City and offers many interesting sights and historical places of interest with carriage and trolley tours available.    We are located within 1 -2 hours from Daytona Beach, Disney World, Orlando, Cape Canaveral, and dog track racing.

$80 cleaning fee, 10% sales tax

$45 non-refundable damage waiver (instead of security deposit),

Weekly bookings are Saturday - Saturday
Monthly bookings are  in on 1st, out on the last day. 
Surcharge on holidays (New Years, Mem Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

Last-minute discounts available (20% off within 3 days, 10% off within 7 days). 

3-night minimum stay during off-season, 7-nights minimum May 15 - Sept 15, unless last-minute and available, subject to approval.
