Ocean Village Club H-21 (Oceanview unit) in St Augustine Beach

If you want nice... you are at the right place!  Our unit is updated, comfortable and beautiful, too.  Look at the photos...read the information below.  We want to enjoy it when we get the chance, too... so we take are of it for all of our enjoyment.  And the price is right too.

Ocean Village Club is an oceanfront resort that is located on the wide, white sandy beaches between A1A and the ocean on Anastasia Island - just minutes from St. Augustine, the oldest city in America, 20 minutes from World Golf Hall of Fame, one hour from Jacksonville and Daytona Beach, one and a half hours from Orlando and Disney World.

Our beautifully decorated unit has a partial ocean view which you can enjoy from the balcony, living room, dining room, and kitchen.  It is a second floor, two bedroom, two bath corner unit (extra window and more private).

The living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, two recliners, cable TV with DVD/VCR and a ceiling fan.  The dining room seats six people.

The fully furnished kitchen has all appliances (including toaster and blender), a washer and dryer, icemaker in side-by-side refrigerator/freezer.  The large balcony has a table and six chairs and opens from the living room and master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a king bed, TV/VCR with cable, ceiling fan, recliner and a private bath with a large walk-in shower and separate vanity area.  The second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and recliner with an adjacent bathroom (tub/shower).  Each bedroom has plenty of closet space.

Our complex has two pools, one heated in winter and one oceanfront with a jacuzzi and two tennis courts.  A short walk takes you to the private beach walkway which is secured.

The unit is not handicap accessible.  Boats, RV's, trailers, and jetskis are not permitted on-site.  All occupants must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by parents.

No pets and no smoking, please to keep our unit a fresh as possible.

St. Augustine is a wonderful vacation desitination with more to do than you can imagine.  Fantastic restaurants (lots of great seafood and most anything else you like), the Alligator Farm, historic sites, many golf courses, World Golf Village, shopping (outlet malls), PGA Golf Hall of Fame,  deep sea fishing charter boats.  St. Augustine is the Nations Oldest City and offers many interesting sights and historical places of interest with carriage and train tours available.    We are located within 1 -2 hours from Daytona Beach, Disney World, Orlando, Cape Canaveral, and dog track racing.

Weekly bookings are Saturday - Saturday
Monthly bookings are  in on 1st, out on the last day. 
Surcharge on holidays (Mem Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

Last-minute discounts available (20% off within 3 days, 10% off within 7 days). 

3-night minimum stay, 7-nights minimum May 15 - Aug 15, unless last-minute and available, subject to approval.

$65 cleaning fee/weekly rental, $75 cleaning fee/monthly rental
9% tax, $45 non-refundable damage waiver, $300 due at booking.
