First Master bedroom has 180 views of river and mountains with deck. 2nd Master Bedroom suite has full bath, sitting area,  entry deck, kitchenette and marble tile bathroom.  Three bedrooms with 3 queen beds plus queen size inflatable available. Direct TV/satellite plus DVD in 2 bedrooms plus Den.. A VERY PRIVATE AND SPECIAL PLACE TO RETREAT FOR YOUR SUMMER. Rental is limited to a maximum of 8 people. Sorry, no pets. No trailers allowed on the property without advance permission..

5 night minimum stay required with reservation deposit of $500 to hold reservation. For stays over 10 days, deposit is $1000.

House is for private families only. Sorry - no weddings or events. 

Boat, Kayak and Jet Ski rentals in Sandpoint available.

Bedrooms have 3 queen size beds. Plus 2 additional queen size inflatable beds available.

Turnkey ready. All dishes, pots and pans, linens, towels, beach towels, games, TV/DVD, CD/IPOD player etc. included. Lovely deck plus hot tub to sit and watch the sunset over the river nightly

5 night minimum stay required. If you stay for 7 nights, one free night is included.

Cleaning deposit of $135 is additional. For longer stays than 5 days, housekeeping services are available if requested, at additional cost.

REFUNDABLE Reservation and  Security Deposit required for all stays.

$500 Reservation Deposit plus additional $500 Security Deposit  for 2-4 people, $750 for more than 4 people. $1000 if stay is over ten days.

Lease contract required at time of reservation and deposit. Lease will spell out terms and cancellation policy.

Full payment is required 45 days ahead of arrival date. Your deposits are fully refundable if you cancel prior to 45 days. No refunds are possible if you cancel after the 45 days unless we are able to re-rent for those same dates. If you cancel, and we are only able to re-rent for a portion of the reserved time, your refund will be based on the exact number of days we are able to re-rent the property.
