  complex with elevator and stair access.

  The condo is newly decorated in Florida motif with a private
  direct ocean view balcony.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

  
     One bedroom with queen bed, walk-in closet and 2 windows
     overlooking ocean; second with twin beds and walk-in closet.
     Fully equipped kitchen with service for eight.
     Microwave, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker.
     Sectional couch with pull-out bed and reclining chairs.     
     Covered parking with assigned parking space near elevator.     
     Ironing board and iron.
     Full-size washer and dryer in unit.
     All linens and towels provided, including beach towels.
     Cable TV and VCR in living area, cable TV in master bedroom.
     Local phone service.
     Central air conditioning and heating.
