Villa Montalto in Big Canoe

This is our dream home but we are still running our Bed and Breakfast in Gainesville, Florida.  We are only able to visit our wonderful mountain home about every 6 weeks.  When we are not there, we would love to share it with people who love the beauty of our very special get away.  Our Villa Montalto is located on 2/5 acres and was built in 2006.  It is within  5 minutes from the North Entrance of Big Canoe.  There are 3 levels to this home.  The first level has 2 bedrooms each with private baths and porches.  One bedroom has a king size bed and twin sleeper sofa.  the other bedroom has a queen size bed.  Each bedroom has a TV/DVD player.  The fist level also has a kitchen and living area.  The second level has a great room with a 50 inch high defination TV/DVD with surround sound.  The kitchen is a chef's dream with granite countertops and high quality appliances.  The second level has a large deck and a screened room.  This is the perfect spot to watch the deers and other wild life.

Beautiful hiking trails, golf, tennis, fittnes center, fishing, swimming, canoeing and paddle boating.  Amicalola Falls within 15 minute drive, wineries nearby.  Outlet mall 25 minutes away.

Using one bedroom is$200.00 per night.  Using both bedrooms $250.00 per night.
