Upon entering Villa Madeline you will find yourself on the upper level in a spacious, cool living area wrapped by a large shady, social deck. It will be your choice whether to use the central AC or to open wide the glass doors to enjoy the gentle Caribbean breezes.

Continue a few more steps down to the sleeping accommodations. Quietly situated on the lower level they consist of two bedrooms, each with large comfy beds, central air, private baths and shared deck with view.

The covered, wrap around deck is great for casual dining and relaxing out of the sun. Groupings of easy chairs are arranged along the deck inviting moments of solitude, quiet conversations, or social mixes. The view is panoramic - stretching from the harbor of Coral Bay around to the East End and the famous Hurricane Hole.

"We just returned from our first visit to St John and stayed at Villa Madeline..our first impression was that the photos don't do it justice. This is a beautiful property with spectacular views...we were 2 couples staying at the villa and found it to be spacious, airy with many nooks and sitting areas for privacy when needed. Villa Madeline is perfect for cooking and grilling meals. Everything one would need is provided...our favorite was the deck that contained the pool, hot tub, stone outdoor shower and grill area.Villa Madeline is located in the Coral Bay area, which is the quiet end of the Island. The location is ideal in that it is close to the best beaches/snorkeling, good casual restaurants and grocery shopping.Villa Madeline is a perfect place to enjoy the delights of St JOhn USVI.We cannot think of a thing that the owner could have done to make our stay more comfortable and FUN!!! On your left is the kitchen which is fitted out with top of the line appliances and complete cooking and dining accessories answering all the needs of the consummate cook without overwhelming the visitor who prefers to snack in and dine out. The clothes washer and dryer is neatly tucked into the half bath just off the living area.

A few steps down from the upper deck will take you to the pool and spa deck featuring an outdoor shower, barbeque, wet bar and umbrella shaded table for poolside dining.

We provide all bedding and linens, beach chairs, towels-just ask- I don't think we've forgotten any conveniences for our guests!

Perched on a hillside in Estate Eden Villa Madeline is located between the delightfully uncrowded beaches of East End and central Coral Bay with its shops, bars and dining spots. The renowned Skinny Legs Complex and the Cocolobo Plaza is only minutes away offering such conveniences as internet services, groceries and video rentals. Take a left at the Coral Bay Triangle and a 15 minute drive will take you to Salt Pond or Lameshur bay beaches. Go straight at the Triangle and the same 15 minutes will give you the choice of St John's famous North Shore Beaches.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Deposits and final payments are fully refundable up to 60 days prior to booked dates after which there will be no refund unless the canceled dates are re booked. If the canceled dates are re booked the deposit and final payment will be refunded within 60 days, less a 15% handling fee.
