Five Star Condo in Expedition Station, Unit # 8633

We rate all of our condos based on four criteria in order to make it easier for vacationers to compare different condos in different buildings. The criteria are as follows: unit size and quality, views, proximity to activities and building quality and amenities.

UNIT SIZE AND QUALITY: *****(5 Stars). This oversized, one bedroom condo has 655 square feet of space to enjoy.  The condo is a corner unit and is located on the top floor of Expedition Station.  It has vaulted ceilings and spectacular mountain views.  The living room has cable TV and a DVD player, and the bedroom has cable TV and a VHS player.  The living room also features a gas fireplace and sleeper sofa that will sleep two additional people.  The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essentials to cook a meal away from home with pots & pans, silverware, dishes, toaster, and coffe maker.  Four people can sit comfortably at the dining room table and enjoy beautiful views of the Gore Mountain Range.  In the master bedroom closet, you will find plenty of extra sheets, blankets, pillows, 3 humidifiers, and a fan.  There is also a safe to keep your valuables secure.

VIEWS **** (5 Stars) This condo features views of the ski slopes and the Gore mountain range from the balcony.  From the master bedroom and living room windows, you will see the ski slopes. 

PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES **** (4 Stars) When you exit Expedition Station, you will have a 1-2 minute walk to excellent businesses including restaurants, shopping, bars, winter and summer sports rentals and great people watching.  It is also approximately 150 meters to the new high speed, eight passenger gondola.  In your ski boots and carrying your skis, it will take about five minutes to get to the gondola.

BUILDING QUALITY & AMENITIES *****(5 Stars) Expedition Station was completed in the late 90’s and is one of the more exclusive buildings in the resort. This means there is less congestion in the building during busy times and all units are a short walk from the elevators. Speaking of elevators, there two high speed elevators.   There is an access controlled, underground heated garage.  Laundry facilities are located on every level of Expedition Station.  Expedition Station has a spacious lobby with large, gas fireplace, sitting area, game tables, and a pool table.   This building also features a heated pool , 8-person hot tub, steam room, and fitness room.  The heated pool is only utilized by guests staying at Expedition Station.  It is not shared with any other buildings.  The pool and hot tub have views of the Gore Mountain Range.

GUEST SERVICES: This condo is professionally managed for the owner by Summit County Mountain Retreats.  We are the most guest oriented, down to earth company in the area.  It is our goal for you to have a worry free stay.  We offer flexible check-in/out times, easy check-in  and detailed directions ahead of time, and a generous supply of towels.  We also provide an initial supply of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, dishwashing liquid, sponge for the kitchen, trial sized soap, lotion, and shampoo.  If you need assistance during your stay, we are only minutes away from Keystone.  We have 24 hour emergency maintenance service if the need arises.  Our goal is to maximize our client's rental revenue by exceeding guests' expectations, so you will think of us first for your next vacation.
