5/8 to 6/25    $1,500 wk  7 nite minimum

6/26 to 7/30    $2,000 wk  7 nite minimum

7/31 to 9/3      $2,250 wk  7 nite minimum

9/4 to 9/24     $2000 wk   7 nite minimum

9/25 to 10/31  $300- $350 nite with 2 night minimun

Required Deposits and Payments:

• $500 deposit upon acceptance and signing of the lease
• $1000 due approximately 60 days prior to check-in.
• Balance (including $300 refundable security deposit) due approximately 30 days prior to check-in.

FOR SUMMER RENTALS: Payment made by check. If not paid in full 30 days prior to check-in cash or certified check required. The week is from SAT to SAT Only. Check-in is 4 Pm and check-out is 11am the following Sat.

Cancellation Policies

The Tenant is responsible for the entire lease. If the Tenant wishes to cancel for any reason, he/she must do so in writing to the Owner. This lease can be terminated by the Tenant prior to April 15, 2009 and Tenant shall receive a full refund. If terminated after that date, this lease shall be terminated only after another Tenant is secured or permission from the Owner is granted. In this event, a Cancellation fee of 25% of the rental price shall be deducted before the balance of monies is returned.
