Our Vacation Home comes with views of both the Gulf and Bay located on South Padre Island, Texas. Our home offers 2300s.f. which is ideal for a great friends and family gathering. Also the home is located on the Gulf side in a quiet area away from the busy Hotels. The beach is a few steps away with an access at the end of the street. Our beach is in excellent condition for swimming, wind-surfing, or simply just relaxing . There are 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms allowing the house to easily accommodate 8 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to stay in and cook a good meal. The Dining Room has a large dining table that can seat 6 with seating for 4 more at the island counter. So, whether you choose to dine at one of the conveniently located restaurants or cook at home, we have you covered. The fenced and gated backyard is perfect for families with children and the large balcony lets you see everything including beautiful South Padre sunsets. Each Bedroom has a private balcony! For your convenience there is a wet bar by the 2nd floor balcony. So let Parade House be your next retreat for "FUN IN THE SUN"
