This is your quiet get-away to surf and sand.   Neighborhood setting and  a short walk to the beach.  Enjoy quiet starlit nights ,  and when you are ready for distraction,  take a short ride to music and restaurants on and off the beach,  or shopping and a movie at Pier Park.  A 15 minute drive from the new Panama City Beach airport!

Kitchen,  living and dining room area.  King bed in one bedroom,  full bed and twin bed in second bedroom.   Tile bathroom with shower.   Laundry room with washer/dryer.   Large front porch with swing and comfortable benches , chairs,  light and table for night reading or just watching the sunset.    Cable available for late night movies,  and lots of books to read (Please leave books behind!)  Movies and DVDs too.  Internet access available for keeping up with friends or surfing the web.

Additional outside shower (hot and cold water!)  for washing off the sand.    Can see the ocean and dunes from our location!    And the beach is practically your own!   We are away from the crowds and noise of Panama City Beach,  but close enough to mix with the crowd when you are in the mood. So drive up the road for music and great seafood,  or stay home and walk to the beach and listen to the surf.   

Get away from the fast lane of the city,  and enjoy our quiet beach home.   Pet    friendly! 

And please remember that this is our summer home,  and we love to share it.   But treat it as your own so others and our family will always enjoy it.   We hope you find it a wonderful get-away as we do!

We are on the quiet end of Panama City beach,  but not too far  from lots of action!   Open the windows and listen to the surf at night.   Or take a quiet stroll in the evening on these beautiful beaches.    Join others who regularly watch the spectacular sunsets at dusk.       And when you are ready to see some more people and music,   take a short ride up the beach road and find anything to your liking.    From very casual  to very formal.    It's all there!!

Other amnenities include washer/dryer,  cable,  a.c.,  kitchenware,   microwave,  coffeemaker and other kitchen appliances,   extra towels and linens,  blankets,  books and games,  VCR and DVD movies (all to remain in the house) and internet access.  Porch swing and outside shower.

Pier Park a few miles away,  where you can find  shopping,  restaurants, amusement park and mivie theatres.    A new carousel for the kids,  or young adults!  A dog park where your dog can explore and run free.    And further up the road,  a wide choice of restaurants and shops up and down the beach.   Dine by the water or play Goofy Golf.    Or just enjoy the pier at night,  the night surf and/or some volleyball.      The famous Carousel grocery store , and Thomas'  donut shoppe a bike ride away,  and the new Panama City Beach airport a 15 minute drive away.

Low rates apply for off-season.    High rates are for summer and late spring(May).  3-night minimum stay  Deposits will be required for all rates,  fully refundable with no damage ,missing items,  or cancellations.    $200 deposit required for 7 nights or less.    $300 deposit for any more than 7 nights.   

No cats allowed.   Dogs o.k. with a pet fee.  (Small dogs (under 40 pounds) $50.  Large dogs (over 40 pounds) $75 .  Cleaning fee of $100 required at reservation.   

Personal checks or money orders accepted for payment  Credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover)also accepted for payment with additional $20 fee.
