Watt Guesthouse in Glen Arbor

Our Guesthouse is adjacent to our year-round home and, when it is not being used by family and guests, we like to share it with those who care to rent a very special spot and treat it as a guesthouse.  We are on Lake Michigan with full beach access.  The Guesthouse has a view of Lake Michigan and shares our  beach access. 

We are also a casual 10 minute walk from town. 

We like to maintain a quiet family atmosphere that includes the Guesthouse, which is very close to the main house.

Our Guesthouse has a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with a stall shower, a living area with two day-beds, and a mini-kitchen with microwave oven, toaster oven, (no stove/oven) and refrigerator.  The Guesthouse shares access to the gas grill on the porch  The kitchen has service for four.  There is a small dining table and a desk.

No pets.  No smoking.  There is parking space for one car adjacent to the Guesthouse.  The family boats are not included in the rental.

We look out onto Lake Michigan and the Manitou Islands.  The beach can be enjoyed for walking and sun bathing.  The water is great for swimming and surfing.

The basis for the summer, height of season, rental is generally $1000 per week, Saturday to Saturday.  Shorter visits, with a minimum of two nights, are possible for $200 per night during height of season if the Guesthouse has not been reserved three weeks ahead.  Rent is payable in full with the reservation.  For a change of reservation, a 70% refund is available if we are able to rent the Guesthouse for the time previously reserved.
