Vacation Rental Description

4 Bed/3 Bath Villa with private pool overlooking the lake adjacent  
to Remington Golf Course. 
 
Gleneagles is located in Remington, one of the finest golfing and  
recreational communities in Central Florida. It is a new development  
of homes just of Highway 192, close to all amenities. Disney World  
is just 20 minutes away. 
 
Within a short distance you will find every type of entertainment,  
shopping malls, superb family restaurants and fast food outlets. 
Orlando International Airport is about 20 minutes drive away. To the  
East, Cocoa Beach and the Space Coast are about one hour's drive,  
while Tampa and the Gulf Coast are roughly one and a half hour's  
drive to the West. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The villa offers spacious accommodation comprising 2 master bedrooms  
with ensuite facilities, two twin bedrooms with adjoining bathroom  
and would comfortably sleep 8. Cable TV's in all bedrooms. Baby crib,

It is fully furnished, air conditioned and equipped with built in  
cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and waste disposal unit.  
The large family room is complete with sofas VCR DVD, Sound system and cable colour television. A separate  
utility section with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. 
The villa is fully equipped with all linen, utensils, towels,  
appliances and comforts to ensure the whole family have a  
pleasurable stay. 
 
The extended deck area with private pool provides a wonderful view  
of the lake, and the covered lanai offers shade and is furnished  
with upgraded patio furniture, loungers and gas BBQ - giving the  
perfect place to enjoy a cool glass of wine as you watch the sun  
setting.

For those wishing to spend more time relaxing whilst in the Sunshine  
State, Gleneagles’ proximity to East Lake Toho and nearby parks and  
recreation areas make this the ideal location whether you wish to  
visit Disney, play golf, go fishing or explore some of Central  
Florida’s natural beauty.      
Automatic membership for the duration of your stay to use the  
Recreation Centre which include: a large size outdoor pool, fitness  
centre, basketball and tennis courts and a children's play area.
