The Shehawken Lake House - Handicap accessible in Cayuga Lake

3000 sq foot single family lakehouse on the west shore of Cayuga Lake. Ideal location about 8 miles South of Seneca Falls. Drive to the front door via private driveway. Large parking area enough room for 6-8 cars. House is Handicap accessible with a first floor suite equipped with private bath.

Total of 6 bedrooms – including 2 suites with private baths plus 1 1/2 additional bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area that looks onto the lake and walks out to an 600 sq foot wraparound deck (just feet away from the water). Large living room with 40 inch television seating for 8 comfortably Large Sun porch that walks out to the deck - perfect for a lazy afternoons with a good book. Laundry room with washer and dryer and second refrigerator.

6 bedrooms(each have own TV) - 1 King size bed, 3 queens, 2 full size. Spare room with twins

Occupancy is ideal at 12 people total, non-smokers; pets are permitted for additional fee.

Outdoor Charcoal Grill (you shouldn't be in a hurry at the lake and all things grilled taste better when cooked on charcoal) - a variety of wood chips included

All new kitchen appliances, Cable TV with DVD,  high speed
wireless Internet, patio on the lake, outdoor fire pit, deck furniture, new washer and dryer

There is an abundance of things to do in the Finger Lakes region so much so you will need to come back for another week to accomplish everything. and towels and clean the house to the same or better level than you
found it. Due to requests we can sometimes provide linens and

Saturday 3:00 p.m. check-in to Saturday 10:00 a.m. check-out.  A 50% non-
refundable deposit is required at the time the reservation is made;
the balance (also non-refundable) is due two weeks prior to the
