This German managed wooden/stone house is built in the
past colonial style.
The Barbados Beach guesthouse can be used as a 5 bedroom guest-house
or as a 3 bedroom guest-house. You can also just rent guest-house
rooms, with own or shared bath rooms and shared facilities or a
studio apartment with own bath room and kitchenette.

This Barbados budget guesthouse can be used as a reasonable
apartments which features 

3 bedrooms, 2 studio apt. room, living- sleeping, 4 bathrooms (hot & cold water) a spacious kitchen, living/dining room,
or as a
3 bedroom guesthouse, living/dining room, 2bath room and / or  as two seperate studio apartments as two of the bedrooms and two bathrooms are built
as studio apartments with own kitchenette and bath rooms.
The studio apartments are attached to the main guesthouse but have
their own side entrance, own Sat Tv, own Stereo and own en-suite bathroom.
Main guest-house has a large front veranda, studio apartments a
small veranda on either side in front of their apartment entrance.
There is a tropical side garden and back garden for guests.

All guesthouse guest-house rooms are moderately furnished, have
burglary proved wrought iron bars, mosquito screens on the windows,
fans and some bedrooms have own wash basins.
The main guest-house and each studio has shared telephone and own
cable TV as well as stereo radio, CD player and tape recorder.
Free wireless if you bring your own laptop
Fresh sheets, towels and room service is provided at least twice per
week or on request.

Complete 5 bedroom house can hold up to 13 persons, 3 bedroom up to
8 persons and studio apartment up to 2-3 persons.
All of the above studios and rooms have a safe box free of charge.

It is approx. 15 meters/yards to the sea and the lovely Sandy Beach
and Beach Bar, but there are other beaches nearby.

Airport transfer to accommodation is about 20 minutes.

The centre of St Lawrence Gap (main south coast tourist area) is
about 5minutes walking. In St Lawrence Gap you will find hotels,
restaurants, bars, clubs, discos, bank and different shops. In
surrounding supermarkets you have a large variety of food.

Golf, Squash, Tennis, Fitness centre and most water sports like
diving and Jet Ski�s are easily accessible.
The bus stop is about 50 yards/meter away. There are busses, mini-
busses and route-taxis going to the capital Bridgetown (approx.
every15 min) and to other parts of the island until midnight. The
bus fare is $1.50 BDS.
Our guests, who book a transfer at confirmation of accommodation,
would be picked up and will be taken to their accommodation through
us. The transfer one way is 17 US $ for 1-3 person.

We offer English speaking Island tours and different activities on
the island. Reasonable rates for car rentals and diving.

Located opposite beautiful Sandy Beach with sea / beach view from the patio of the house. Beach Bars, many different beaches, night life, supermarket, bank, laundromat, hotels,
restaurants, fast food outlets, shops and anything you might want in 5minutes walking distance.

The center of St.Lawrence Gap (main south coast tourist area) is
about 5 walking minutes away. In St. Lawrence Gap you will find
hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs, discos, banks and different shops.

Golf, Tennis, Squash, Gym, Horse Riding, Boating, Fishing,
Snorkel , Diving, Windsurfing, surfing and any water sports are
close by.
