heart of the White Mountains. Well kept 3 bedroom plus loft
offers perfect setting surrounded with views of Loon Mountain.
Large townhouse features upstairs master bedroom with private
full bathroom. Downstairs the second bedroom features full with
single and bunkbeds. The third bedroom features full with
bunkbeds. Loft features full bunk with single on top. Great room
has wood burning fireplace with cathedral ceilings. Full kitchen,
dining area and deck with views of North Peak slopes.

House includes new large TV with cable service includes
DVD/VHS and video game hookups. TV in Master bedroom also
with cable.
Wood burning fireplace with dried split wood. Loads of games
for kids/adults. Winter features frequent shuttle bus that picks up
and delivers just outside our door to Loon Mountain's door step.
Phones and microwave. All sheets, bathroom towels and
blankets included. Movie rentals available nearby.
Full membership to Loon Village Fitness Club. Club features two
outdoor pools, two indoor pools, three indoor hot tubs and one
outdoor hot tub. Full exercise room, sauna. Outdoors: 12 tennis
courts and basketball court. Plus video arcade for kids.

Summer and Fall:
Hiking, Mountain biking, road cycling, scenic rides, golf,
swimming (Echo lake, river and 2 indoor/outdoor pools nearby (free)),
mountain climbing, gondola rides, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Not
enough? There's miniature golf, Whaletale Water Park, Franconia
Notch Park, Clark's Trading Post bear shows, The Flume,
Cannon Tram ride, Lost River are all just a short ride away.
Storyland, Attitash, and N. Conway are under 40 minutes.
Winter: Great access to New Hampshire's number one
resort-Loon Mountain. The Lincoln area boasts fantastic skiing,
snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice climbing
and legendary night tubing with lift service. Snowmobile
rentals and trails nearby.
Skiing is super close Loon (2 minutes, free shuttle every 20-30
minutes) Cannon (20 minutes), Bretton
Woods (40 minutes) and Waterville (35 minutes).
Also free access to two large indoor pools, three hot tubs (one
outdoors), full health club and arcade room for kids.
