Downstairs: kitchen furnished w/refrigerator, stove, microwave, small coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes & glassware; dining area; sitting/relaxing areas; cozy front view room; enclosed front porch w/ swing.
Back Patio: fire pit/grill, large picnic table.
Parking: driveway (3-4 spots); roadway on front and side may be used.
