This newly renovated villa complex and unit is surrounded by marshlands, golf course and million dollar homes...  Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath escape villa comfortably sleeps 4 to 6. There is a DVD player, a satellite TV with 64 channels, plus SEVEN HBO movie channels to enjoy during your down time. AND on top of that you have all of the great features and amenities of the island and Hilton Head Resort -  We are just a short bike ride to the not so overcrowded Shelter Cove and Marina where you may shop and dine...

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, etc. All you need to bring is fun!

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the master bathroom has a full size tub w/shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a full bathroom that includes a shower. We also have a fold out queen bed in the sofa that's quite comfortable. There are full coin operated laundry facilities on site and elevators just a few doors away.

Rentals are on a 1st come-1st serve basis, and are subject to availability.

Free lighted tennis courts, an awesome semi-private beach, 2 outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, dining, miles of bicycle trails, golf, night life, and the list goes on! An amazing park is just a short bike ride away for playgrounds, basketball and even more tennis ! Our private boardwalk extends to the semi private beach where ocean-front you'll find an amazing little place called  ( coco's) cocos on the beach where you can buy smoothies, lunch or cocktails.. There is a private golf cart that shuttles you to and from the semi-private beach.. or you may walk, or walk your bike to the beach for a fantastic ride

Christmas & Thanksgiving holidays slightly higher.  

Spring: Mar-Apr Weekly $650 or $105/night (3 night min)
