The house has one level (no stairs) with a private, fenced in backyard and a spacious frontyard. Surrounded by oak trees that provide a cool shade during the Summer months. It is conveniently located but not in an overcrowded or noisy area of Hyannis. There is also easy access to the airport, ferry and bus terminals. Beach pass to all beaches in Barnstable included in your rent. JFK/Vet memorial beach, a children friendly beach, protected from South winds and surf is 5 blocks East. About 8 blocks East is Kalmus beach, with lots of action, a nice beach house and great for windsurfers on windy days. Sea St beach (our favorite) is 5 blocks West, protected from north wind and quieter. Bring your boat and launch it at the town ramp.  Leave your car parked at the house and enjoy Hyannis!.
