Fronting Leech Lake on Trader's Bay between Pine Point and Stony Point. Relax in the
natural setting on the screen porch and listen to the loons. Kids can play on the sandy beach
building sand castles when they tire of swimming. Properties on this strip of lake frontage are
privately owned.
Moor your boat at the dock and enjoy fishing, water skiing, and any other water-related
activities. Bring your water toys and enjoy! Leech Lake is a nationally-recognized game-fish lake
with Northern Pike, Walleye, Bass, Perch, and a variety of other fresh-water fish. Lake is regularly
stocked. Plan now!
Cabin has full kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, and refrigerator; dining area with table,
two bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with a queen bed and bunk beds; full bath with
tub/shower; and living room with wood-burning fireplace. A screen porch allows relaxed seating
overlooking the lake. Great for a quiet morning coffee or afternoon nap. Wood deck on the side.

Walker, MN is located approximately 20 minutes by car or by boat with public mooring available.
Shopping, restaurants, museum, and other activities are available in this town on the edge of Leech Lake. Water slides, go-karts, and horseback riding are in the area.

Take a trip to Itasca State Park where the Mississippi River begins, view the nesting Bald Eagles in the Chippewa National Forest, or try out a portion of the Paul Bunyan Trail between Walker and Brainerd. Many paved trails are available for biking, hiking, or in-line skating.

Walker has many activities for adults and kids including Walker's old-fashioned Fourth of July celebration - great fireworks to see by boat or find a spot in Walker's city park. Don't miss the Leech Lake Regatta in August - see all the sailboats racing to the finish!

Crazy Days are in both July and August, Barn Dance and BBQ, Tianna Ladies Invitational in July, Tianna Golf Tournament in August, fish fry at area churches, Onigum Pow-Wow in addition to many other activities.

Northern Lights Casino and Moondance Ranch offer other types of activities. Check the Moondance Ranch website to find out about all the different bands playing and information to obtain tickets.

Dogs are allowed but are not allowed in the house.  They may stay on the deck and might be allowed in the kitchen/dining area but under no circumstances are allowed to go past this area.  There is an additional $75 per week per dog fee added to regular rental, regardless of stay length.  No more than 2 dogs allowed,  All yard clean-up must be done by the renter or $200 of security deposit is forfeited.  ALL DOGS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED.
