This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is located just 1/2 block to the Seaside Promenade and Beach.   Central to this home's relaxed atmosphere is the large, open living area complete with a river rock hearth and gas fireplace... the perfect spot to gather with family and friends after a long day at the beach.  The adjacent eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare family meals.  Also found on the first floor is a recreation room with a queen size futon couch / bed.  In addition to a foosball table, you will find games, toys and puzzles for kids both young and old.

The second floor sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms both with queen size beds; a third bedroom with a full size bed and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds.  A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo finishes the second floor.

Outside you will enjoy a large wrap around deck outfitted with charcoal grill and outdoor furniture.  A basketball goal can be found at the rear of the house for those sport minded guests.
