Enjoy your meals in our newly constructed screened-in porch made from fresh-cut lumber complete with relaxing furniture for reading your favorite summer must read. This two-story home is perfect for 2 families that want to rent together but want separate spaces or for people wanting to entertain overnight guests. It is approximately 15 minutes from the Peace Bridge in Fort Erie and Buffalo and only 20 minutes away from Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake's tourist attractions.

·        All comforters, pillows, & blankets are provided. You bring your own linens (although they can be provided for an additional charge).

For the months of July and August, we only rent weekly. During other times of the year, we may rent for less than one week or at discounted monthly rates. During summer season, rentals are available from Sunday to Sunday.

A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation. A $500 security deposit is required at check-in and is returned at check-out if no damage is sustained to the property. Payment methods accepted are cash, personal checks, or money orders.
