vacation rental description
Just minutes from Universal Studios and Hollywood Blvd, our new guest house is over 1000 sq feet, (2 bedrooms and 2 full baths) and has its own private fenced and landscaped magical garden with patio furniture, hammock and fountain.
The main bedroom with a king bed, has french doors opening to the back garden. There is a full bath attached with a stall shower and clawfoot tub. The second bedroom has a daybed with a trundle, (2 single beds which can become a king if needed). There is a double sleeper sofa in the living room. We also have single rollaway beds and a pack and play crib if needed.
The kitchen is a fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare a meal at home. The large living room has a gas fireplace and french doors which open out to a trellised patio. A second full bath is accessed off the living room.
We are situated on a quiet residential street in charming Valley Village adjacent to Studio City and many of the other major studios, within easy access to all that Los Angeles has to offer.

The guest house has its own full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, a hairdryer in both bathrooms, wireless Internet, satellite TV, (a separate receiver in both the living room and each bedroom), a monitored security system, central air and heat and off street parking.
Luxury linens, towels, plush robes, soaps, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, laundry soap and paper products etc are all provided.
activities and attractions in Studio City Los Angeles Area
We are about 5 minutes from Universal Studios and 10 minutes or less from Hollywood Blvd, (Walk of Fame, Grauman's Chinese Theater, and Kodak Theater, home of the Oscars), approximately 15 minutes drive to West Hollywood and Beverly Hills and about 15-20 minutes to downtown LA. The beaches at Santa Monica and Venice are about 20-25 minutes and if you want to go further out to Malibu, that is about another 15 minutes up the coast from Santa Monica.
Griffith Park riding trails and the LA Zoo are about 10-15 minutes drive and Disneyland is about 40 minutes south of LA.
Hollywood Bowl concert venue is closeby and Getty Museum is about 20 minutes from our location.
We are about 10 minutes from Burbank airport and 40 minutes from LAX.
The 170 (Hollywood) and 101 (Ventura) freeways are conveniently located just a few blocks away and the Metrorail station is also close by in the North Hollywood (NOHO) Arts district.
Great restaurants, shopping and local Starbucks and markets are just a minute or two away.

Guest house rates for 2 bedrooms and 2 baths are $175/night, $1200/week, (double occupancy).
Guest house can also be rented with just main bedroom, (king bed), and 2 full baths for $160/night, $1050/week.
Rates are double occupancy, addditional guests are $10/night each
No charge for children 2 years of age and under. Pack and play crib available.
Cleaning fee: $85-90, (double occupancy), additional guests are $5 each.
Lodging taxes apply on all stays less than 30 days.
