The downstairs apartment of our charming duplex has a king size bed in the bedroom with a full bath attached, (tub and shower), a double sleeper sofa in the living room with a 3/4 bath attached, (shower only), and we also have single roll-away beds for additional guests. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need and a living room with french doors which open out to a private fenced and landscaped yard with patio furniture and a bubbling fountain.
There is a gas barbecue grill which is shared with the upstairs apartment.

The apartment has its own full size washer and dryer, wireless Internet, satellite TV, (a separate receiver in both the living room and bedroom), telephones with an answering machine, a monitored security system, central air and heat and off street parking.
Luxury linens, towels, plush robes, soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, laundry soap and paper products etc are all provided.
activities and attractions in Studio City Los Angeles Area
We are located on a quiet residential street in a very nice area called Valley Village next to Studio City which is about 5 minutes from Universal Studios and 10 minutes from Hollywood Blvd.
We are about 15 minutes drive to West Hollywood and Beverly Hills, about 15 minutes to downtown LA, and about 20 minutes to the beaches at Santa Monica and Venice. If you want to go further out to Malibu, that is about another 15 minutes up the coast from Santa Monica.
LA Zoo and Griffith Park are about 10-15 minutes away and Disneyland is about 40 minutes drive south of LA.
We are about 10 minutes from Burbank airport and 40 minutes from LAX.
The 170 (Hollywood) and 101 (Ventura) freeways are conveniently located just a few blocks away and the Metrorail station is also close by in the North Hollywood (NOHO) Arts district.

All rates are double occupancy, additional guests are $10/night each.
No charge for children 2 years of age and under. Pack and play crib available.
Cleaning fee: $85, (double occupancy), additional guests are $5 each.
Pets are an additional cleaning fee of $25 each
Lodging taxes apply on all stays less than 30 days
