Luxury 4bed Valley Village Home close to Universal Studios in Studio City

Located in a safe upscale neighborhood of Valley Village adjacent to Studio City, the house is approximately 3000 square feet and has been recently totally remodeled. The kitchen has new granite counter tops in a peach/grey color with mexican paver style floors and a dining table in the kitchen area for breakfast and casual dining. There is powder room off the kitchen. There is a large living room and a formal dining room with a 2 sided fireplace between the living room and dining room and beyond that a tiled family room which opens to the gardens through double sets of french doors.  2 bedrooms have king beds, the 3rd a queen and the 4th a daybed with trundel that can accommodate 2 singles or become another king. There is a double sleeper sofa and a single sleeper chair in the family room and another double sleeper sofa in the second living room which also has a gas fireplace. We also have single rollaway beds and a pack and play crib if needed.

There is also a second fully equipped kitchen.  

The house can either be opened up to accommodate large family groups of 13 or more or closed off in the middle so each side has 2 beds and 2 baths. There is a sound wall right through the separation of the house to insulate for noise.

The house has its own full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, a hairdryer in every bathroom, wireless Internet, satellite TV, (a separate HD receiver in both the family room and second living room as well as a regular reciver in each bedroom), telephones with an answering machine, a monitored security system, central air and heat, (2 zones), and off street parking for 4 cars. The fully fenced and landscaped yard has patio furniture, a gas barbecue, relaxing hammock and multiple fountains

All linens, towels, soaps, plush robes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, laundry soap and paper products etc are provided.

Close to Major Studios, Universal City Entertainment Complex,(Featuring Universal Studios and City Walk, Universal Amphitheater Concert Venue, Multi Theater Complex, Shops and Restaurants), Noho Arts District and Metro Rail to Hollywood Blvd,(Graumann's Chinese & Kodak Theaters, Hollywood & Highland Shopping Complex), Hollywood Bowl & Ford Theater, (Outdoor Concert Venues), La Zoo and Griffith Park Riding Trails and Observatory; 2 Blocks to Hollywood and Ventura Freeway Access, 1 Block to Local Supermarket and Starbucks Coffee.

Quoted rates are for the first 6 guests. Additional guests are $15/night each.

There is no charge for children 2 years of age and under. Pack and play cribs are available.

Lodging taxes applicable on stays less than 30 days

Cleaning fee: $220 for the first 6 guests, additional guests are $5 each.
