Reservations, Deposits and Cancellations:
Reservations require a 50% deposit. Balance is due at the time of arrival along with a security deposit of $100 refunded at time of departure. Credit card payments accepted through Paypal. Personal checks or cash are accepted. Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice are refundable if we can book the house for the dates you resesrved.
