The perfect area for boating, hunting, fishing, hiking, rock climbing, golfing, skiing, snowmobiling, mountain biking, off-roading and sightseeing - Only a few minutes from Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse Monument and Custer State Park. This mountain retreat is truly in the heart of the Hills, hidden away from, but easily accessable to bustling tourist activities and attractions.

Stay a week, a month or a year. The rate is the same! Rates are for a minimum of a 30 day rental period. Additional people over 6 add $100/person.  This property rents for a month for what others rent for a week, but you can stay for as many days as you like up to 30 days for the same rate. Rates, Deposits & Payments:
May 1 - Thru Labor Day Wk End =          $1400/month  (excepting Sturgis rally)
Labor Day Thru Buffalo Round-Up =       $1000/month
After Buffalo Round-up - April 30 =          $800/month
Sturgis Rally Week =                              $1600/week

Deposit of 50% required to reserve your dates.
90% Refundable up to 90 days prior to rental commencment date.
75% Refundable up to 60 days prior to rental commencement date
50% Refundable up to 30 days prior to rental commencement date.
0% Refundable after 30 days prior to rental commencement date.
If property is re-rented for same period - 90 % of rate will be refunded or 100% will be held as a credit for future rentals within 12 months. Credit will be applied to balance of payment due after new deposit is made for the new rental period.
Final payment due before access is granted.
