Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa situated in 
Woodstream Circle, Pebble Pointe Kissimmee, 34743.
This is a well established mainly residential estate (no building sites near you). 
Perfect for that relaxing holiday. 
Fully fenced garden and private screened pool.

Enjoy the home from home feel of our lovely 3 bedroom / 2 bath 
Florida villa. Relax by the pool in the fully fenced and secluded 
garden - a mass of colour in the summer and a real treat after a 
long day at the parks. For those not-so-warm winter days, you have 
the option of heating the pool (by electricity) and extending the 
swimming season. Fully licensed and insured, our villa is maintained 
by an excellent local management company, who are on hand to look 
after you if you need help.

Welcome to our home. Majestic palms signal your arrival. Now, let me 
guide you through the villa, room by room. From the front door, you 
step into the lounge/dining room with a view straight out to the 
pool through large patio doors. Relax on our reclining sofa and 
matching twin sofa. Watch cable TV, the latest DVD or listen to your 
new CDs (a real bargain in Florida) on the stereo. The fully 
equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking up a storm - 
large fridge freezer with icemaker, cooker and microwave and, of 
course, every family’s favourite machine, the dishwasher! All 
cutlery, utensils and cookware are included. There is a separate 
laundry room with washing machine and dryer, so don’t take out too 
many clothes.  Leave plenty of room in your suitcase for all those 
bargains you will find at the Outlets! The master bedroom is to one 
end of the house and has a queen size bed, cable TV and VCR. The en-
suite bathroom has a double vanity basin, separate toilet and large 
shower - room for two.

The remaining bedrooms are on the other side of the villa. The twin 
bedded room, suitable for either adults or children, is separated 
from the double bedroom by a bathroom. Fitted with oval tub and 
separate walk-in shower, toilet and sink, this is a good-sized 
family bathroom.

Last, but not least, is the large double bedroom with ample closet 
space, cable TV and sliding patio doors leading straight out onto 
the pool deck. This room is also the ideal place for using the spare 
roll-away bed or baby cot, should you need them. Both are available 
at no extra charge. There’s also a high chair.

Activities and Attractions

Just 10 miles from SeaWorld, 14 miles from Disney Magic Kingdom, you 
will be ideally situated to reach all the parks and attractions. The 
east coast and Kennedy Space Center are only an hour away and, for 
those shopaholics, there are numerous outlets and malls to choose 
from. Closer to home, we have easy access to Lake Toho, a couple of 
miles down the road, where you can enjoy airboat rides and fishing. 
This area also has a great selection of golf courses to choose from, 
along with Dinner Theaters (like Medieval Times and Arabian Nights), 
mini golf and go-karting, to name but a few.

Low season		£310   $525 U.S$   plus 13% Florida Taxes
Total including tax               £350   $595 U.S$

High season		£400   $725 U.S$   plus 13% Florida Taxes
Total including tax               £450   $820 U.S$

High Season includes Easter, July-October & Christmas/New Year.
A refundable $250 Security Deposit is required per reservation.
